    We received the "Superior Award" in the Junmai Ginjo Sake category at the 2020 Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau Sake Competition. This is the third year we have received this award, following last year.
    Based on the belief that "sake brewing starts with rice cultivation," we work together with local farmers in Kanagawa Prefecture to practice integrated sake brewing from rice cultivation to rice milling and brewing. Yamada-Nishiki rice is grown healthily without excessive use of fertilizers and pesticides, polished to 35%, and carefully brewed at low temperature fermentation. In addition, only "Nakadori" (70% of the total volume) is used in the Kami-zanka (pressing) process, excluding Arashigiri and Yakusame.
