    Sanrensei Jummaishu(Black) Ginfubuki

    ENQUIRY
    This dry sake is the sharpest and crispest of the three. It is brewed with 60% Ginfubuki, a sake rice developed in Shiga Prefecture, polished to bring out the flavor of the rice, and then bottled with a special device that locks in the freshness of the sake, giving it a freshness that can be enjoyed more than that of a pure sake.
    Although it is labeled as junmai sake, it is brewed under the ginjo standard, so please enjoy it as junmai ginjo.
    The triple lettering on the label is a thermometer, which changes from blue to white when the temperature rises above 10℃.
