    Sakemirai, cultivated in the hope of a bright future, is a very precious sake rice that took the Takagi Sake Brewery of Yamagata Prefecture's "Jyushiyo" 18 years of breeding and crossbreeding. This Sake Mirai is made with Kanazawa yeast, which has a mild aroma, and is a perfect food sake.
    Since it is a draft sake, it undergoes a slight secondary fermentation in the bottle, giving it a refreshing aroma and flavor balance. The sake rice illustration on the label is the work of Hana Kershner Kumagai, a brewer who experienced the traditional culture of Yamanaka.
