    This sake is made using a brewing method called "kijoshu brewing," in which sake is used as part of the brewing process. The sake used in the brewing process is made from the previously brewed Kijo-zake, which is a special sake that takes on the life of the sake. After one year of storage, the sake has turned amber in color and the taste has become more coherent. It features a rich sweetness, moderate acidity, and a refreshing aftertaste.
