    Yamada Nishiki is naturally grown without using any pesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides, and is produced by the Kita Iki-iki Club, a group of farmers in Minamiaso Village, where grasslands and rice paddies spread out.
    Our Toshiji, Mr. Takeda, was fortunate to have the opportunity to visit the area. He fell in love with this Yamada-Nishiki and was given a share of it, which gave birth to this Junmai Daiginjo-shu.
    This sake rice is grown in a land of clean water, and we do not want to pollute the water, and we want to preserve the nature of our beloved Minami-Aso for the future.
    The rice is polished to 40% to bring out the best of this sake rice, resulting in an elegant rice flavor and a clear taste that is not boring to drink.
