    Shodoshima no Teruki Daiginjo is made from the best rice for sake brewing, Senbon-Nishiki, polished to a high degree of fineness, and brewed entirely by hand, from washing the rice to bottling. This Daiginjo-genshu has a full-bodied aroma and flavor that is both elegant and gorgeous. The label with a beautiful scene of the Seto Inland Sea was designed by Akiko Higasa, a native of Kagawa Prefecture. After the time and effort spent making this sake, it is shipped under strict refrigeration control. Enjoy the perfect balance between the gorgeous aroma and the delicious flavor of the rice, either chilled or at room temperature.
